As a Business Development Manager, you’ll report directly to the CEO and assume responsibility for new client sales and up-selling current clients. You’ll be supported by our marketing team to stimulate new leads in your territory.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the marketing team to plan lead-generating initiatives including: direct mail, association sponsorship, trade shows, seminars, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
  • Networking at local health industry events and building relationship with local referral partners.
  • Telephone and face-to-face meetings with doctors to explore their online marketing and new patient goals. About 50% of your time will be spent in the field meeting with prospects, while the other 50% will be spent working out of your home office to research/prepare proposals and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists (SEO, PPC, Web Designers, etc.) to prepare and present online marketing proposals to doctors.

You’ll get started with company orientation and training including a 3-day workshop with the Company Founders in either Sydney or Los Angeles.

To secure an interview, you should have proven, consultative selling skills. A working knowledge of online marketing and experience in the health sector is advantageous but not essential. We’ll provide training.

This is a full-time position with flexible, family-friendly hours. You’ll work from the comfort of your home office and connect with your sales and marketing colleagues worldwide using online collaboration tools.

There will be occasional short-term national and international travel to attend company events and training.
