About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, your role will be to develop and lead the company-wide training and development curriculum.

Specific duties include:

  • Collaborating with senior colleagues to design and manage a personal and professional development curriculum for each team member.
  • Sourcing and managing our relationship with external training providers.
  • Managing the company-wide training and development budget.
  • Hands-on delivery of selected training courses inc. our six-module leadership development program.
  • Delivering measurable results around; strengthening company culture, teamwork dynamics, individual productivity, etc.

To secure an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Leading training in a fast-growing SMB inc. hands-on delivery of content and managing external providers.
  • Familiarity with 21st century mindset change philosophies and methods (as detailed in books like… Leadership & Self-Deception, An Everyone Culture and Three Laws of Performance.)
  • Advanced communication skills, a passion to see other grow and a demonstrated commitment to your own personal and professional development.

This is a full-time position with flexible, family-friendly hours.

However, we do meet face-to-face throughout the year and you’ll be invited to the next worldwide team conference in the US in mid-2018.
