As the Outbound Marketing Leader, you’ll report to the CEO, and assume primary responsibility for achieving new subscription revenue targets.

Specific role responsibilities include:

  • Managing our marketing tech-stack (Hubspot-centric) alongside our Information Systems team who oversee Salesforce.
  • Working with our creative team to plan/create marketing initiatives. Then scheduling and executing these initiatives in the outbound workflow.
  • Leading our prospect research team who add 2000 new leads/mo. to the outbound pipeline.
  • Working with the sales team to provide them with a steady flow of Sales Qualified Meetings.


To secure an interview, you must possess sound marketing technology (MarTech) experience including Hubspot certification.

You should also possess experience leading others and working within a multi-disciplined sales and marketing team.
