Reporting to the CEO, as our Marketing Leader, you’ll assume responsibility for managing day-to-day marketing activities and collaborate with our wider team to development and launch new SaaS services.

Specific role responsibilities include:

  • Leading our marketing function for our Perfect Patients and Smile Marketing brands to generate a steady flow of sales qualified leads.
  • Hands-on management of Hubspot and our marketing automation tech-stack to execute advanced email, social and related campaigns.
  • Managing our sales websites including design, content (assigning writing tasks) and SERPs.
  • Market research and collaboration with company developers and UX/UI designers to create new SaaS services to upsell current clients and generate new business.
  • Collaboration with the CEO over new market opportunities.


To secure an interview, you should possess marketing leadership experience within a growing midsized services company (with annual revenue range of $10m – $50m).

You should demonstrate advanced hands-on skills with marketing automation tech/platforms.

Healthcare experience and Hubspot certification are highly desirable but not essential.

Most importantly, it’s essential that you demonstrate the drive and agility to lead marketing for a fast-growing subscription/SaaS business.

You’ll work from the comfort of your home office and connect with your colleagues worldwide using the most advanced online collaboration tools.

Work from anywhere although a location compatible with North American timezones is preferable.
