We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to assist all aspects of finance and accounting for our fast-growing company.

Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, you’ll contribute to all aspects of the accounting functions.

Your specific role responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling multiple bank accounts.
  • Managing Accounts Payable and day-to-day transactions.
  • Calculating and posting journals to the General Ledger.
  • Profit & Loss reporting, reviewing transactions and codings.
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and Contractor payments.
  • Support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports.
  • Ad-hoc administration, reporting and analysis as required.


To secure an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Sound time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, functions, etc.).
  • 2 years of verifiable accounting experience.

Preferred qualities:

  • Familiarity with Xero (or similar) accounting software.
  • Payroll management (ideally inc. multi-country payroll experience).
  • Multi-currency/foreign exchange management.
