ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Marketing Associate (DMA), your mission will be to partner with the Digital Marketing Specialists (DMS), providing the necessary data to assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies and tactics around the 5 Factors of Digital Marketing. The DMA will also work with the DMS to support client’s reactive requests as necessary.

To keep pace with the ever-changing digital landscape, you’ll be provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Reporting to the Team Leader, North America Digital Marketing Specialists, you’ll work with our specialist dental and medical brands, Smile Marketing and Perfect Patients, and help manage an established portfolio of practice clients. Your specific role responsibilities include:

  • Collect, organize, and document all relevant site vitals data for the DMS to use to improve campaigns
  • Highlight any red flags in data for the DMS to review during campaign strategy preparation
  • Manage some website edits/updates while following best practices of a high converting website. These include, but are not limited to, creating new pages and updating existing pages
  • Working closely with Digital Marketing Specialists on various administrative and technical tasks. These include, but are not limited to, organizing patient subscriber lists, setting up client email accounts and updating client contact records
  • Support DMS with reactive client requests including internal and client communication when necessary
  • DMS vacation coverage as schedule allows
  • Support special projects and duties (as time allows) at the request of the DMS Team Leader or Vortala Service Management

HOW TO SECURE AN INTERVIEW

To be invited for an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent command of English and outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced skills with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress or similar)
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Knowledge and experience with:
    • Google Analytics
    • SEO and its best practices
  • Power-user with productivity tools including email, web search, CRMs and collaboration apps (e.g. Slack)
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and initiatives
  • Detail oriented and interested in working in a data driven environment
  • Forward-thinker and proactive mentality
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner
  • Experience working with Western clients is highly desirable

Experience in the health profession and working with doctors is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time position with family-friendly hours. Although there is some flexibility on the work schedule, you would need to work 50% of your day during normal U.S. business hours 9am-5pm EDT/EST.
