We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to assist all aspects of finance and accounting for our fast-growing company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to our Financial Controller, you’ll contribute to all aspects of the accounting functions.
Your specific role responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts.
- Managing Accounts Payable and day-to-day transactions.
- Calculating and posting journals to the General Ledger.
- Profit & Loss reporting, reviewing transactions and codings.
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable processes.
- Assist with monthly payroll and Contractor payments.
- Support the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports.
- Ad-hoc administration, reporting and analysis as required.
HOW TO SECURE AN INTERVIEW
To secure an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Sound time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, functions, etc.).
- 2 years of verifiable accounting experience.
Preferred qualities:
- Familiarity with MYOB (or similar) accounting software.
- Payroll management (ideally inc. multi-country payroll experience).
- Multi-currency/foreign exchange management.
