You’ll be supported by our inbound marketing and outbound prospecting teams who will stimulate a consistent flow of sales qualified meetings.

Their goal is to keep your diary full with new, high quality sales opportunities.

You’ll report to the Director, Sales & Marketing and assume responsibility for selling digital services to dentists, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.

Specific role responsibilities include:

  • Leading phone or videoconference discovery meetings with qualified prospects. Your objective to uncover the doctor’s practice vision and new patient marketing goals.
  • Liaising with internal digital specialist (Design, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and Social Media) to craft digital strategies for prospects.
  • Presenting digital strategies to prospects, fielding their questions, overcoming their objections and closing sales!
  • Managing a sales follow-up regime to nurture qualified prospects and improve sales. The typical sales cycle is 4 – 6 weeks.
  • Providing feedback to our marketing and prospecting team to constantly improve the quality of our sales and marketing process.
  • Connecting with Account Managers to assist with up-selling current clients to new service plans, paid traffic services, social media plans, etc.


To be invited for interview, you should possess:

  • Proven consultative selling skills in a professional service environment.
  • A working knowledge of digital marketing for small businesses.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other marketing technologies.
  • Advanced phone and written sales communication skills.
  • Maturity to self-manage and balance personal achievement with supporting your peers to achieve their goals.
  • Sales experience in the health sector (including dental, medical or chiropractic) is advantageous but not essential.
